Delivery of ground gear ring and gear shaft of wind turbine

Recently, Luoyang Hengchang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.. cooperated with a company in the wind turbine industry to develop and manufacture a full set of main gear shaft and gear ring.

The R&D team adopted advanced design concepts, integrating the gearbox main shaft and main shaft bearings internally. While ensuring the equipment's service life, the technicians repeatedly simulated and optimized the design and selection process, significantly shortening the bearing supply cycle and reducing procurement costs.

From receiving the order to storing the drawings, from 24-hour designer support to prototype production, all data fully meets user requirements and the entire process is completed successfully on the first attempt. To shorten the production cycle, the company's R&D, design, and assembly personnel collaborated closely, continuously exploring and overcoming various processing and assembly challenges, reducing the original 5-6 month production cycle to 3 months, providing users with high-quality, high-speed, and high-standard products and services.
