PC220-8 PC300-6 PC400-6 PC600-6 PC600-8 PC700-8 swing bearing for excavator

Recently Luoyang Hengchang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. made a bulk order of excavator swing bearings for customers from Turkey. 

The models we are producing this time are PC220-8, PC300-6, PC400-6, PC600-6, PC600-8, and PC700-8. They are primarily used for Komatsu excavators.

The excavator's slewing device consists of a turntable, a slewing bearing, and a slewing mechanism. The outer ring of the slewing bearing is connected to the turntable by bolts, and the toothed inner ring is connected to the chassis by bolts, with rolling elements positioned between the inner and outer rings. The vertical load, horizontal load, and overturning moment of the excavator's working device acting on the turntable are transmitted to the chassis through the outer ring, rolling elements, and inner ring of the slewing bearing. The housing of the slewing mechanism is fixed to the turntable, and the pinion gear meshes with the ring gear on the inner ring of the slewing bearing. The pinion gear can rotate not only around its own axis but also around the center line of the turntable. When the slewing mechanism is working, the turntable rotates relative to the undercarriage.
